Welcome aboard, Partner.
In about five minutes you'll have a tuned member workshop. We'll capture your details, your organisation's identity, the evidence themes you care about, and pre-load your team. Everything is editable later from your profile.
Alerts are set per teammate, not by you. Everyone starts on a daily digest; each member can switch frequency and personas from a link in their first daily email.
Step 2-3
Your identity
Profile picture, role, organisation logo and basics.
Step 4
Evidence themes
Which topics to surface, which to skip.
Step 5-6
Team & finish
Invite teammates, review, submit.

Step 4 of 7 · Provenance & Language Criteria
Where your evidence comes from, and the language it’s written in
Provenance = which countries or regions Pulse AI frames its answers for. Language = how Pulse writes back to you. Pick one country, several, or choose “no country focus” if your work spans the globe — you can change either any time from your profile.
Tick this if your research applies anywhere. Disables the country picker below.
Used by Pulse AI to flag applicability and recommend the kinds of evidence (e.g. "a UK-specific RCT") that would strengthen conclusions for your context.
Tip: pick the full country name from the suggestions (e.g. “United Kingdom”, not “UK”) so it matches the evidence reliably — this is what scopes your topics and country relevance.
House-style spelling and idioms — Pulse keeps technical terms in their canonical form regardless.
Optional — leave blank to use the site default.
Step 5 of 7
Evidence themes
First, pick the themes you prefer. Then, below, optionally pick any to avoid. Click a chip again to clear it.
Step 1 — Themes you prefer
33 of 33 left · 0 chosenMore preferred themes tune your topics more tightly to what you care about — but the tighter the focus, the fewer and less varied the topics in your feed. Pick the balance that suits you; you can adjust it any time as you go.
You've used all 33 preferred themes — clear one to swap in another.
Step 2 — Themes to avoid (optional)
0 selectedNo themes? You'll still get the standard five-persona bulletin.
Step 6 of 7
Add your team
Quick-add teammates with just an email — they'll get a magic-link invite. Each teammate sets their own alert cadence and personas from a link in their first daily digest email — you're not setting these on their behalf. Need titles, departments and CSV-bulk? Use the full team page.
📋 Or bulk-add via CSV — optional, faster for 5+ teammates CLICK
Download the template, fill in your team in Excel / Google Sheets, then drop the CSV here. Only first_name, last_name and email are used at this step — titles, departments and areas-of-interest get filled in later from the full team page.
Drop your CSV here or click to browse. We'll parse and validate before queuing invites.
Or paste rows directly:
No teammates queued — that's fine, you can add later.
Step 7 of 7
Review & finish
Quick check before we save. Click Edit on any row to jump back. Submit when you're happy.
All preferences will save to your membership record.
