Before you choose
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Your subscription is managed through Stripe — open Manage billing from your account page to review it any time, or talk to us and we’ll move you to the right tier without losing access. Tiers are priced per seat, per month, so a move simply changes your per-seat rate and seat cap.
What happens when my monthly Claims Check reports run out?
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of full Claims Check reports per user — 2 on Pioneer, 3 on Foundation, 5 on Professional (Enterprise is unlimited). The allowance resets each calendar month. If you use yours up mid-month, you can keep going with an extra pack — £10 for one report, £37.50 for five or £49 for ten — from the Pulse Check packs page.
Can I add or remove seats after I start?
Yes — on central billing, the billing owner adjusts seats any time from the Team & seats dashboard, and Stripe prorates the change for the rest of the cycle. Each tier has a seat cap (Pioneer 1, Foundation 5, Professional 10): if your team grows past your cap, the next step is the tier above — and past 10 seats it’s an Enterprise conversation. You can’t reduce seats below the number already assigned to members.
How does Growing Together work?
Growing Together is a two-seat Pioneer share: add a Growing Partner in your first 7 days — £45 each for year one. You and your partner (a colleague, collaborator or co-founder) each pay £45 per user/month for your first 12 months — half the £90 single rate — in one shared workspace. Add their details at checkout, or lock in first: you have 7 days to introduce them and we email their invite for you. If no partner joins within 7 days, nothing breaks — your account simply carries on as a standard Pioneer seat at £90 per user/month, and you keep your workspace and everything in it.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for — no immediate cut-off, and you keep full access until then. Start from your account page, where you can also manage billing directly through the secure Stripe portal.
What’s the difference between central and individual billing?
Central — one payer funds every seat in the team: you buy a block of seats and invite colleagues into them. Individual — each member pays for their own seat separately. You choose at checkout, and the two can mix: a member of a centrally-billed team can still fund their own seat individually.
What counts as a report — and what’s unlimited?
Searches across the catalogue and quick single-claim checks are unlimited for members, within the generous fair-use allowance. A report is a full Claims Check — a document or multi-claim audit, graded and cited paragraph by paragraph — and draws on your monthly per-user allowance above.
