Summary

Extensive research on worldwide grassland ecosystems indicates that grazing substantially influences grass-livestock interactions and the analysis of chemical elements. The impact of grazing, especially its intensity, on the interaction between insects and plants remains ambiguous. A synthesis of 56 field research was performed to examine the effects and severity of grazing on insects and plants. The study aimed to determine if experimental and environmental factors influence the effect of grazing on insect diversity. The principal findings demonstrate that grazing intensity significantly detrimentally affects insect species richness and diversity. This pattern may be ascribed to grazing-induced changes in plant community heterogeneity, which subsequently influences insect populations. Hig
