You pay a wholesale rate per member seat — the more members you bring, the lower the per-seat cost — and you set your own price to your members. Vitagri bills only you, never them.

What it costs you

One wholesale subscription, billed monthly to you. Seats are charged on a graduated scale — each band only applies to the seats inside it.

    Who pays — me or my members?

    Vitagri bills only you, the adviser, at a graduated wholesale rate per member seat. You set your own retail price to your members, or bundle it into what you already charge. Vitagri never bills your members — you keep one clean wholesale relationship.

    Is there a minimum?

    Pods start at five member seats for a base of £69 per month. Below five seats you are still billed for the five-seat base, so the smallest sensible pod is five members.

    Can I add or remove seats later?

    Yes. Add or remove member seats at any time and your monthly bill follows your pod. As you grow, the per-seat rate drops on the graduated scale, so larger pods cost less per member.

    How am I billed?

    Monthly by card through Stripe, in a single wholesale subscription to you. You can cancel any time — there is no lock-in and no long-term contract.

    Can I try it before I pay?

    Yes. You can start on a complimentary pilot and prove it with a handful of members before any spend — no card required. Tell us about your practice and we'll set up your pod.
